Pope Francis Preparatory School is located in the East Forest Park section of the city of Springfield, MA at 99 Wendover Road. Located in the Pioneer Valley of Western Massachusetts, the city of Springfield is the largest city in western New England, and the urban, economic, and cultural capital of Massachusetts' Connecticut River Valley. It is the third-largest city in Massachusetts and fourth-largest in New England after Boston, Worcester, and Providence. Pope Francis Preparatory School joins Springfield College, Western New England University, American International College, and Springfield Technical Community College among other educational institutions in calling Springfield their home. Pope Francis Preparatory School moved to its new state of the art facility on Wendover Road in September of 2018.
SCHOOL:
Pope Francis Preparatory School is a private, four-year co-educational, college preparatory high school of the Diocese of Springfield. It is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges and the Massachusetts Department of Education. Pope Francis High School was established in July of 2016 as the result of the merger of two diocesan high schools, Holyoke Catholic High School and Cathedral High School and changed its name to Pope Francis Preparatory School upon arriving at its current state-of-the-art facility in Springfield, MA. It is a regional high school serving students from thirty-four cities and towns. Students from all ethnic and religious backgrounds are accepted on the basis of standardized testing, grades, and interviews.
CAMPUS: The campus boasts a 122,000 square foot building situated on a 38-acre campus.

How to pay application fee: We will send an invoice once enrollment season is over and our agencies send a check.
Refund Policy:Students who are expelled, or asked to withdraw from the school are not eligible for refunds. Registration deposits and fees (e.g. transportation fees, senior dues, etc.) are non-refundable. The school will consider requests for full or partial refunds upon receipt of a written notice of withdrawal stating the effective date and the name of the school the student will be attending subject to the following rules:
1. Fifty percent of the total annual tuition is non-refundable for students who withdraw after the first day of school.
2. No refunds will be made for students who withdraw after the start of the second semester.
3. A $500 withdrawal fee is retained by the school for administrative expenses associated with the enrollment/withdrawal process.
4. If financial obligations (i.e. tuition, fees, school equipment, etc.) are owed PFPS at the time a student withdraws, the official transcript will be held and only sent once the account is paid in full.
5. If a student withdraws from school any financial aid awarded will be pro-rated according to the time the student has attended.
It is understood that the undersigned jointly and severally agree to abide by the provisions of this Agreement and to assume financial responsibility on behalf of the student whose name appears above for all charges as set forth herein and in the student handbook

Tuition Deposit: $10,150.00 due before March 15, 2019 and before issuance of the 1-20
Tuition Balance: $10,150.00 due to school by April 15, 2019

Application fee: $100.00 fee due with completed application and student profile due to school by March 15, 2019
Tuition for the spring (January) would be $10,150 which is half of the full year tuition.

First group of Chinese international students, Springfield, New England Area. In 1872, when 30 Chinese students arrived on America’s east coast as part of an educational program sponsored by the Chinese government, they attracted quite a bit of attention. Some of them studied in Springfield.
Pope Francis boast a number of National Merit and Advance Placement Scholars every year.
Pope Francis students can take advantage of dual enrollment at the Elms College, and take college level courses that will transfer to most College in the US.
