Documents

What is majorly required

Requirements vary slightly by country, but almost every university and embassy asks for these four sets.

Academic documents

  • Matric / O-Level and Intermediate / A-Level certificates and marksheets
  • Bachelor's degree, transcripts and consolidated marksheet (for master's applicants)
  • Degree equivalence or attestation where the country requires it
  • Backlog / grading-scale certificate if requested by the university

Test scores

  • IELTS, PTE, TOEFL or Duolingo score report
  • GRE or GMAT where the programme requires it
  • Medium-of-instruction letter if you are applying without an English test

Application documents

  • Statement of Purpose written for that specific programme
  • Two or three Letters of Recommendation
  • One-page international-format CV
  • Portfolio or project links for design, architecture and data roles

Financial & personal

  • Passport valid for the whole study period
  • Bank statement, blocked account or loan sanction letter
  • Sponsor affidavit and income proof
  • Experience letters, passport photos and medical / police clearance where required
Europe

How we handle Norway, France, Italy and the EU

European applications run on national portals and degree-recognition rules. This is the exact route we follow for you.

01

Pick the right EU route

We compare tuition-free and low-fee public universities in Norway, Germany, Italy, France, Poland and Spain against your budget and subject.

02

Recognition of your degree

We prepare country-specific equivalence: APS for Germany, DoV / declaration of value and CIMEA for Italy, Campus France for France, HK-dir for Norway.

03

Applications & portals

We apply through the correct portal — Studielink (Netherlands), Universitaly (Italy), Etudes en France, Søknadsweb (Norway) or direct university portals.

04

Funding proof

Blocked account, bank statement or sponsor affidavit prepared to the exact amount each embassy asks for.

05

Schengen student visa

Appointment booking, form filling, insurance, accommodation proof and interview practice for the national D-visa.

06

Arrival & residence permit

City registration, residence permit, bank account and part-time work rules explained before you fly.
