Your data is used only to deliver counselling, prepare applications and send updates you have asked for. We do not sell personal data.

We share information with universities and official partners only when it is required to process an application you have approved.

You can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it by writing to hello@icanapply.com.

Our counselling, shortlisting and consultation calls are advisory. Admission and visa decisions are made solely by universities and immigration authorities.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the documents and information you provide. Misrepresentation can lead to application rejection.

Paid service fees, deliverables and timelines are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Free services carry no charge and no refund obligation.

For paid documentation or application packages, refunds are considered where work has not yet started, minus any third-party costs already paid.

University application fees, test fees and visa fees are paid to external bodies and are non-refundable by us.
